Estimator Electrical
Sacramento, California:
Responsibilities:
  • Measurements and assessment of the possibilities of electrical installations during the check-out (EV chargers, Solar Panels, Wires, etc.);
  • Preparation of an estimate for the installation, sending the estimate to the client (the maximum period for issuing the estimate to the client is 4 hour);
  • Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and price projects
  • Negotiating with customers for the sale of electrical installations
  • Enforcement of sales plans;
  • Formation of discounts and offers, development and control of new offers;
  • Tracking changes in installation requirements (NEC California) and notifying colleagues;
  • Colleagues advising about the estimate check-out.

Job Requirements:
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred);
  • Electrical Experience (Preferred);
  • Solar installation experience (Preferred);
  • Sales Experience;
  • Good driving record and valid driver license as necessary;
  • Professional appearance and personality;
  • Positive Attitude;
  • Team player who can work independently;
  • Great negotiation skills;
  • English (Upper-Intermediate and up ) and Russian language.

Conditions:
  • Part-time work. 30% of working time – visits for customers; 70% - office work
  • Start Compensation – 4% of implemented projects gross profit.
HVAC Helper (HVAC Installation Assistant), Sacramento, California:
Responsibilities:
  • Tools (list of minimum required available upon request)
  • Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Follow instructions from HVAC technicians to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Assist with the installation of HVAC components, ductwork, and equipment.
  • Perform basic HVAC repairs and troubleshooting under the supervision of a licensed HVAC technician.
  • Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC systems.
  • Help with the preparation of materials and tools needed for HVAC projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Requirements:
  • Three (4) years or more of experience in HVAC work (Preferred) or
  • Experience working as an HVAC technician assistant or in a related field (e.g., construction, maintenance).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (any country).
  • Considered by others to be a self-starter and able to work without a lot of direction.
  • Comfortable using multiple systems at once and have the ability to learn software quickly.
  • English (Upper-Intermediate and up) and Russian language.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in HVAC work.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from HVAC technicians.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC systems.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods of time.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Able to work in the United States without sponsorship (Preferred).
  • Professional, good interpersonal skills, and hard-working.
  • Good safety record and attitude.
  • Pass a drug and alcohol test and have no prior positive tests or refusals.

Benefits:
  • Working hours are 8 am - 8 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time).
  • 2 months of probationary period.
  • Base rate is $17.5/hr with adjustment according to experience.
Electrician Helper, Sacramento, California:
Responsibilities:
  • Tools (list of minimum required available upon request)
  • Wire pulling
  • Conduit installation
  • Hand digging and trenching
  • Assist electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Follow instructions from electricians to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Assist with the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting under the supervision of a licensed electrician.
  • Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Help with the preparation of materials and tools needed for electrical projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Requirements:
  • Five (3) years or more of experience for an Electrician any country (Preferred). or
  • Experience working as an electrician assistant or in a related field (e.g., construction, maintenance).
  • High School Diploma or up or GED strongly preferred (any country)
  • Considered by others to be a self-starter and able to work without a lot of direction
  • Comfortable using multiple systems at once, and have the ability to learn software quickly
  • English (Upper-Intermediate and up ) and Russian language.
  • Understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in electrical work.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from electricians.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
